Real Estate Licensing Course Requirements

90 hours of live classroom education are completed by taking 42 two-hour classes and 3 two-hour tests. These classes can be taken in any order, but all 42 classes and the three final exams must be completed within twelve months. Upon completing the classes, the student can take the three final exams in any order, but must pass each of these final exams with a grade of 80% or higher before the student can graduate. Tests can be retaken, but not on the same day as the first exam was administered.

The following classes make up the 90-hour required licensing course. The course fee is $449 and includes the student's books and class materials.
