Real Estate Licensing Course Requirements

90 hours of required real estate pre-licensing education can be taken in live class or online formats.  The online format is MOST POPULAR, where a student can take 76 of the 90 hours online from the convenience of any computer with Internet access from anywhere in the world any time of the day or night any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.  The only time limitation is that the school cannot give credit beyond eight hours per day.  If a student completes eight hours per day, they can finish the course in as little as 12 days.  Tuition is good for one year from date of enrollment.   This online course is the best program of its kind in the state of Utah, with a very interactive and user-friendly design.  Our students learn and retain the material while enjoying the education process.  Instructors are available if students have any questions along the way.  And students also have the opportunity to come to seven two-hour live classes where they can interact with our instructors and their fellow students.   Tuition for this course is $399 and includes textbooks. CLICK HERE to enroll.

We also offer the entire course in a live class format, in which students complete 42 two-hour classes and three two-hour final exams over a period of four - six months.  Classes are offered weekday, evenings and Saturdays.  Tuition for this course is $449 and also includes textbooks.  CLICK HERE to enroll.
