Online Education

IT'S HERE!  Approval has been granted by the Utah Division of Real Estate and special enhancements to our online course have now been made.

This online course allows the student to conveniently take 70 of the 90 hours of required education for a Utah real estate license. An online enrollee will still need to attend the school for the Utah Law classes, the REPC course (Real Estate Purchase Contract) and the final exams. The online course is linear, so the student will begin with page one of the course and move through the pages and interactive exercises in order. The student must pass each online chapter exam with 90% in order to move into the next chapter. Each chapter requires a minimum number of minutes, so the online student may have to review the material several times in order to accumulate the required number of minutes. The remaining 20 hours of live classes can be taken at any time during your online enrollment. All classes must be completed within a twelve month period. Both live and online students are limited to a maximum of eight hours per day taking real estate education.
