Online students will have the opportunity to meet our instructors when they attend seven two-hour live classes offered regularly.  In these classes, the student learns about Utah laws affecting real estate and how to write Utah's Real Estate Purchase Contract and other real estate forms.

Each section of the course requires a minimum number of minutes accumulating towards the total 90 hours required.  Students must pass the quizzes with 90% and the final exams with 80%, preparing them for the state-licensing exam, which requires a 70% or higher passing rate.  Our school's students consistently pass the state-licensing exam on their first try.
