To renew a real estate license in the state of Utah, real estate brokers and sales agents must take at least 12 hours of Continuing Education (CE) every two years.  

At least six of the 12 hours must be of approved CORE CE classes.  COURSE schedules will indicate the CE classes in bold type. CORE classes will indicate CORE beside the class name. CE and CORE CE classes are $10 per hour, with a package of 12 offered for $100. Payment can be made at any of our school locations with VISA, Mastercard, or a personal or bank check or money order.
